What if I cannot log in to the app?

  • Daeken is providing a facility that everyone in your family shares the same Daeken account with a shared password.
  • Sign in with your own email and the shared password by the family owner.
  • If you are unable to login, try resetting your password by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen. 
  • Please submit your Daeken group account owner's email address and we will send a link to that owner's email address to reset the password.
