What if I cannot log in to the app?
- Daeken is providing a facility that everyone in your family shares the same Daeken account with a shared password.
- Sign in with your own email and the shared password by the family owner.
- If you are unable to login, try resetting your password by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen.
- Please submit your Daeken group account owner's email address and we will send a link to that owner's email address to reset the password.
- If this doesn’t work, reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
